I want to give a shout out to Bailey for 100% absolutely fabulous customer service. He broke down every question every answer. He was very polite very informative very friendly and absolutely 100% knowledgeable and I was just calling to get information and he took the time to do all of that what a wonderful experience. I will be a customer from this point on due to the exceptional customer service shown by Bailey today!

As a woman, I always appreciate when a repair shop takes the time to explain things clearly without making me feel pressured or talked down to. Bailey was professional, patient, and honest throughout the entire process. I had a great experience at this Firestone location. The staff was friendly, knowledgeable, and efficient from start to finish. Bailey made sure everything was communicated clearly, and the work was completed exactly as promised. The pricing was fair, the service was fast, and most importantly, I felt like they genuinely cared about taking care of the customer rather than just making a sale. I’ll definitely be back for future service and would recommend this location to friends and family.

After spending nearly $2,000 (including some additional labor and parts charges that was not included in the first diagnosis and which I did not approve), I came home with more problems with my car - a dent and new sounds/noises coming from the front wheels. The shop neither took responsibility for the dent nor for the new problem that they created, instead they offered me to go their tedious claim process where there was no guarantee that the dent was going to be covered and produced a “new diagnosis” on sounds/issues coming from the front wheels which would cost me more money and time to fix. MIND you this new problem did not exist before I brought my car to this shop. My car is currently parked and I fear driving, it makes those noise, it feels unsafe and I need to perhaps bring it somewhere else to fix. I do not recommend this place.

I had an excellent experience at the Firestone Complete Auto Care Northgate location. I came in because one of my tires had a large screw in it, and the tires are covered under the road hazard warranty.James, the sales technician, was incredibly attentive, professional, and genuinely committed to helping resolve my issue. Even though the shop was very busy and already had two appointments coming in, he made the effort to fit me in and take care of the problem.Thanks to his dedication and great customer service, the issue was resolved, and I was back on the road within one hour. I truly appreciate the friendly attitude, professionalism, and quality service I received. Experiences like this are why I continue to trust Firestone for my vehicle needs. Highly recommended!
